Why WAAI? Our name, pronounced "why," is inspired by the Dutch verb "waaien" (the blowing of the wind). It reflects our core principle: seeking root causes. Drawing from Sakichi Toyoda's Five Whys technique, we focus on understanding problems deeply before solving them. This approach aligns with Edward de Bono's emphasis on prioritizing crucial factors over dominant ideas in design thinking.
