Design thinking and design research can help us understand the needs and context of beneficiaries. Design thinking also helps ideating new ways to fulfil these needs.

STAGING INNOVATION AS WE SEE IT
Innovation is a catalyst for transformation. Drawing inspiration from groundbreaking concepts in the literature, we will look at innovation as a lever for creating value.

PROTOTYPING AS MEANS TO RESEARCH AND TEST
Prototyping serves as a means to test at every stage of our innovation trajectory. Whether that is to test a first idea with rough prototyping or our final test before launch.

BUSINESS MODEL INNOVATION
The core of innovation is creating value and impact. Technology can be a means, but most important is how we bring value and create impact. Business model innovation is key.
DAY 3 | MORNING SESSION
HOW DO YOU CREATE BUY-IN AND SUPPORT
Innovations thrive when they are supported by internal advocates and forward-thinking stakeholders. This day is designed to enhance your ability to create a receptive environment and align with decision makers.
DAY 3 | AFTERNOON SESSION
PITCHING INNOVATIONS
We end the program with a session that guides you through creating the perfect pitch. Understanding your audience and writing a compelling story is the art that gets you started.

Outcomes: The program kickstarts innovation projects and equips teams to conduct solid research and pitch ideas that gain traction.
