Jan Van Caneghem is a design researcher and the founder of WAAI, and host for the Communities in Belgium. He is also a UX design and Design Thinking lecturer at Erasmus University College in Brussels. He is the author of The Book That Helps You Become The EPIC Designer of Our Tomorrows
Marit Brademann is leading product and design teams, and hosts the Berlin Community. She graduated in Social Sciences, holds several professional certifications in Design Thinking and Agility, and further education in Philosophy. She is interested in holistic innovation practices that balance ethical, social and economic values.
Tom Maes after 26 years in various functions in manufacturing at Bayer AG, works now as an innovation consultant. His focus is where machines and people come together. His topics: Innovation, leadership, and project management. He is also guest professor at the KULeuven.
Javier Maseda is director at Teenvio and design researcher at Museo Reina Sofía. Previous to joining WAAI in hosting the Community of Practice Innovated by Design in Madrid, he was head of the Digital design Lab at the Istituto Europeo di Design.

Shantanu Srivastava is a seasoned brand marketer and innovator with over 20 years of leadership experience in FMCG and healthcare. He has excelled in launching new brands, revitalizing stagnating ones, and driving growth through innovation at global organizations.
Ronawati Wongso has over three decades of invaluable business experience of which 20 years as CFO. She is the author of a business book “Company Makeover for Massive Profits”.
Prof. Jeremy Zwiegelaar leads research in open innovation and business intelligence, and contributes to digital transformation projects, including a £12.4 million Digit Lab initiative. He directs property businesses in New Zealand and teaches in the UK, focusing on business model innovation.
